1st CLEAN
Pre Paint Clean
The purpose of this clean is to leave the property free from dust and dirt ready for the painters.
2nd CLEAN
Build Clean
The purpose of this clean is to remove all protection from kitchens, floors and windows whilst also ensuring all dust and dirt is cleared leaving it in a clean state ready for mastics. An internal and external window clean is carried out on this clean
3rd CLEAN
Re-Clean
This clean is carried out after the trades and snagging has been completed. This clean involves cleaning all surfaces again ensuring it is dirt and dust free. An internal and external window clean is carried out on this clean
4th CLEAN
Sparkle Clean
This clean is usually completed as close to customer completion as possible, we are usually guided by the customer. The purpose of this clean is to leave the home in an immaculate condition giving the customer a show home standard finish. An internal and external window clean is carried out on this clean
Sales/Cabin Clean
Cabins
We clean all sales cabins, welfare cabins and site cabins. This can be done on a daily/weekly basis depending on your requirements
